  4. Rescue group.(They will rescue any injured or trapped person in  the inner circle of the fireplace and perform their role)
  5. Evacuation and medical group. (They will evacuate and provide medical care to the injured person / patient and perform their rules.

The Quality unit in FHCL is as per WHO guideline, consists of Quality Assurance and Quality Council, which are working independently. The Quality Assurance department consists of Quality Control and Quality Compliance (Quality Assurance). Quality assurance and Quality Council are a wide range of concepts which cover all matters individually or collectively that influence the quality of a product. It is the sum total of the organized arrangements made with the object of ensuring that medicinal products are of the quality required for their intended use. Quality Assurance therefore incorporates Good Medicall Healthcare Service Practice plus other factors relevant to quality assurance and Quality Council is confirming the consistency of quality improvement at site. The system of Quality Assurance and Quality Council appropriate for the Medicall Healthcare Service:

Pioneered with development of effervescent Vitamin formulations for the first time in Bangladesh, R&D is involved in development of Ophthalmics, Prefilled Syringes, Lyophilised powder for injection and MDI, along with conventional dosage forms focusing on market needs and technological progress.

The Research & Development Lab is situated in a general solid production building. The total covered area is (1000/7000) sq feet. Separate personnel (male and female) and material entry are provided with air locks. Male and female entrance has a separate change area with a locker. Clean air is supplied from a dedicated ventilation as per WHO guideline.
